Low enrollment rates at Gulf Coast blamed on Hurricane Michael

BAY COUNTY, Fla. – Low enrollment rates at Gulf Coast State College are being blamed on Hurricane Michael. Officials said they lost somewhere between 10 and 15% of students after the storm. Despite the drop, President Holdnak says he’s hopeful enrollment will get back to normal.
